Can I pay with my credit or debit card?

Yes. Our trusted payment gateway is provided by Stripe. Stripe accept all major card payments.

Can I pay with PayPal

Yes. PayPal accepts all major payment cards. You can also pay via your PayPal account if you have one.

I'd like to send my order as a gift, can you do gift wrapping?

We are happy to post to a different address, but your delivery will require a signature. Currently we don't offer a gift-wrapping service, but it's something we're thinking about.

Are your leather products waterproof?

Leather products are best to be kept away from water. So please remove them before bathing. Titanium products, however, are absolutely fine to wear in water.

Are your products dangerous?

Small items are a choking hazard for young children. We strongly advise that you keep your jewellery out of reach of children whenever possible.

Does TouchTitanium ship internationally?

Since 2022 we ship internationally to select countries including the US. Postage time can vary, but our production time is always fast to ensure you get your jewellery as soon as possible.

My skin is very sensitive. How safe is titanium for me to wear?
We use grade 1 and grade 2 titanium, this is the purest titanium available to the commercial market (99.2% pure).  In almost forty years, we have only seen a very small number of people reacting to it. Titanium is an excellent solution for the majority of people with sensitive skin requirements. That's why it's so special.
Will the colouring affect my skin?

The colours are a natural oxide layer, achieved by passing an electric voltage through the jewellery by hand, and then cleaned in water. So the colouring is a product of the titanium itself, and is not a coating or additional layer, unlike a plating. Each colour is as hypoallergenic as the next, there is no difference in the hypoallergenic qualities.

Do stud earrings always include butterfly clasps?

Yes. We always include titanium butterfly clasps with a pair of studs, and we only sell titanium or rubber clasps.

Can I use multiple vouchers during one checkout?

We always state how a voucher/coupon can be used at the time of release. So, unless stated otherwise, only one voucher can be used per transaction.

Are items on my screen displayed at actual size?

No. Screen sizes vary and our products are sized to fit the image. Please always check the dimensions of our products before committing to your purchase.

Will my skin react to Titanium?

Although it's highly unlikely, even if you are allergic to other metals, there is still a chance that Titanium could trigger a skin reaction over time, so we can not provide a guarantee that it will not react with everyone who wears it. However, Titanium is one of the most hypoallergenic metals available in the world, so it is considered a sensible alternative to other metals.

What is a Wishlist?

When we have the Wishlist feature switched on, it makes for an interesting shopping feature. Imagine walking around a store and picking up everything that caught your eye. The Wishlist helps you to put all these items in to one place so that you can better digest your selection of products before making a purchase. You can access your Wishlist under the 'MY ACCOUNT' menu, or by clicking on the Wishlist button of an item which is already in your Wishlist.

My delivery has been more than 7 days

If it has been more than 7 days since you ordered - and your item is not personalised - please email us and we will provide you with a tracking number. In the rare event that your package has been misplaced by Royal Mail, we will arrange to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
